Macquarie Rep/Culture/Strength in Asia

No idea on Principal Investments, but my general impression has always been that Macquarie is the king of Australia and does very well in Asia, too. I know they're a beast in Industrials, Infrastructure, and Mining. As an aside, their American presence has been building up, but they're still not quite where they could be.

All in all, a pretty good place to end up, and a firm that looks to be on the up globally.

The principal investments team is also decently well known at least here in HK but they are relatively low profile i.e. not a ton of marketing effort
