I think I'm going to end up with 3-4 concentrations, most by accident. For consulting 1) no one cares and 2) no significant progress had been made on any of them during internship recruiting.
They're going to care a boatload more about where those specializations came from than what the specializations are.
My view and experience has been that you should specialize in one thing. If you want a position in finance, I strongly recommend only specializing in finance. Bonus: MBB loves finance grads.
