MF PE FInal Round Help
Hi guys -
I've been in the process for a PE mega-fund for the past month and have advanced to the final rounds. These interviews are going to be with senior partners and MDs of the firm. I do know that there is only 1 spot they are hiring for this coming summer, and headhunters have told me that there are less than 4 candidates "in the process", so i don't think more than 2-3 max made it to the superday. Any idea what I should expect from this interview?
I have had strong momentum in this process with the junior associates / principals in the initial interviews, especially the case study round, after which the principals told me my case study was the best and they were very impressed with my performance. Hopefully this should help me in final rounds, but just wanted to get a sense from folks here what generally to expect at this stage.
