MIT's The CASE Competition 2013

Neat Washington Post article detailing the best real estate development proposals from the finalists - MIT, Cornell and Georgetown. The CASE is perhaps the most prestigious and daunting real estate case competition in the country, if not the world. A total of 32 teams competed from real estate master's programs and MBA programs from all over. One team even came from Hong Kong to compete. Participants must submit a comprehensive plan on how to redevelop a site from all aspects - financial, conceptual, architectural, legal, etc.

Congrats to the Cornell MPS RE students, MIT's MS RE students and Georgetown University's MPS RE team members for coming out on top in a large, competitive field, and putting together some very cool, inspiring development proposals.
