I am interviewing internally and is well on my way into the process. I feel i have a good chance to get the position.
I feel that i might get low balled for my comps, simply because i am moving up interms of division?
any thoughts on how i can negotiate a better comp?
Wait until they give you an offer. Evaluate the number. If it is below your minimum thresh-hold for accepting the job, ask for your minimum. If it is above the minimum, accept the job.
