Need advice on leaving Securitized Products Group at BB in under a year

Looking for advice:

I graduated from an Ivy league school in May 2016 and joined a mid tier bulge bracket in capital markets. I ended up in a securitization group which creates ABS and sells them to the markets. This group was not a top choice of mine and the experience has been much less than optimal. I have no interest in the product and the people I work with are real jerks. I am more interested in investing in bonds or stocks and in my free time do stock pitches and research individual securities.

Should I..

Try to internally transfer to Coverage IB? Externally transfer to another bank for IB? I'd probably have to stick it out until at least the summer for this.

Recruit for HF? This probably won't work because I want to switch as soon as possible and not wait out my two years. Also, this may not be easy to do coming from a Capital Markets Group, instead of a coverage group.

Quit the job and spend full time recruiting? I really hate the job and since my group is not cool with me interviewing elsewhere it is nearly impossible to find another job while working 14 hours a day 6x a week. Of course, I'd lose all salary leverage but I really dread everyday and am constantly stressed out about finding another job.

Other ideas.

Thanks so much
