I'm not sure where this falls into, but I'm looking for any monkey with experience in structuring or analyzing REITs. Basically, I'm looking to do a crash course in REITs and had some general questions. I don't want to get into specifics here, but would appreciate a PM from some of our more knowledgable monkeys on the subject.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Frieds

Frieds, I hope you'll share any info you dig up. I'd be interested in reading it myself.

BSB, if I can find someone that can help, I'll gladly share the info once I'm done with it/have scrubbed it clean potentially sensitive information.
I'd be glad to help out.

Analyzing reits is pretty straightforward.
@ Frieds: What are your specific questions? Just post here, chances are a bunch of people are wondering the same thing you are.

Mr1234, I already did google and I have some pretty specific questions that weren't covered. If I could ask them in public, I would, but I can't due to it being particular to something I am working on for work.
Noobstar, I already read the thread you had posted, and it's not what I'm looking for.
