I have the "test" that banks use to gauge your excel skills/speed. It comes with a list of formatting instructions that you need to finish in 30 seconds or less.
Get a book about Excel and open it when you get the test and browse the contents. Of course you should read it a little first. I did this and passed one test, but it was 20 questions and 30 seconds per question. So it depends on how much time you have, or is it just 1 question, 30 seconds? I think that seems really hard. The one I have is 11 pretty advanced format changes that have to be finished in 30 seconds.
