Non target hiring full time in 09/internships in 09

Greeting to all,

The market for Wall Street-ers is obviously on a heavy decline. Although i have read a couple articles stating that for new hires the opposite is true, I'd like to hear it form the horses mouth. What is the hiring scenario for all IB Depts, and the flexibility theyll have to add non target students? Same question, scenario: summer internships.

Excellent. Lots of opportunities out there. Non-targets are pouring into my bank at unprecedented rates. Saw a guy from Bucknell accidentally walk through the door yesterday, just looking for a public toilet, and HR swept him up and offered him a job, right on the spot.

Keep it real....check out energy trading down south....preferiably Houston and/or Texas area. We actually prefer the NON-target schools over the targets....F east coast go where the market is really at...ENERGY.

Obviously the market sucks for non-targets so I suggest becoming a ski bum or something of that sort like dosk17 suggests on his website.
