Anybody know any repituble offshore banking institutions?

seems like it would be easy to find a scam if you werent careful

Agree with PTS. In addition, website looks too elementary.
Usually a place with DIY in the title should be left for planting flowers, or fixing a squeaky door hinge.
pick your favorite tax haven, get on a plane, find some discrete building without windows, ask for their private banking group
A contact on the whois lookup is "[email protected]". That in itself means don't send them anything.
