Offshore & oil service undervalued?
Afternoon,
I've been following the development of the oil service industry, after the 2014/2015 plummet in the oil price. The price of Subsea 7, for instance, fell by 70% from 2013 to 2015, followed by an increase from 50$/share up to around 90$/share in 2016. The P/E ratio of this company today is 5.00. Have layoffs and corporate restructuring of these large service companies improved the value of the oil service?
