Order of Names in a Press Release

I saw this on the First Data Press Release:

"Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch have committed to provide debt financing for the transaction subject to customary terms and conditions, and are acting as financial advisors to KKR. Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP is acting as legal advisor to KKR."

Does this rank banks by order of importance in the deal as it is not exactly alphabetical. What does order typically mean in a press release? I just do not know hot to interpret these things.

Thanks

The first name listed on the prospectus generally signifies that the bank is going to act as the chief market-maker for the issue. Dunno if the reporter grabbed the names word-for-word or not.
