Please critique resume!! looking to get into consulting :)

Hey guys,

I just graduated from a non-target school with a major in literature and fine arts. I only recently decided to pursue a career in business, trying to get into management / strategy consulting.

I agree that you need the M&I format. Is your major GPA better than overall? Since you're in a non-business/quant major this may be a concern. Try to shorten up the personal section with bullets so it reads easier. The Chinese fluency will be a big plus, but you will need to be comfortable conducting the interview and answering technicals in Chinese. If you change the format and get your story down, you'll have a shot at landing some interviews, but you'll need to network your ass off. If you can impress someone at the partner level, you'll get an interview. Then make sure you nail the case.

Also, it's late in the recruiting cycle. If you can't land a spot at a large firm, find a different job that will boost your resume and reapply in October.
