I'm not expert, but shouldn't it be Bachelor of Arts, not Art?
Put in another line above Work Experience.
Fix the spacing along the right hand side for your dates.

Bold Relevant Courses/Books.
I wouldn't count Microsoft Office as skills.

The spacing... I'm OCD, you're killing me here. There's a space between headers and bullets in some sections but not others. There's no space before your Education header. You have alignment problems all over the place. Hint: use tables, not tabs! This resume reeks of lack of attention to detail :(
^Yup! I made the same mistake when I wrote my resume the first time.
Also, your extracurriculars/interests look pretty forced. Almost as if you put them there simply because you're supposed to. Perhaps you can elaborate and liven them up a bit? You have Alaska, Spain, South Korea, and the good old U.S. of A. on your resume- surely you must be an interesting guy and you should convey that as a strength.
Mega Hilton Hotel doesn't have to be all caps. Align the cities and dates. It's not just "Skills", it's interests also.

The thing im more interested in are the contents tho. How are they?

It's important to be worried about the content of your resume, but the fact that our gut reactions are focused on the appearance says something -- when a recruiter skims your resume, if it's unreadable and an eyesore, they won't even get to the content.
