Raymond James Interview Advice

Hi guys, I have a first round coming up for a FT IB Analyst position at Raymond James - Dallas office. Any tips on what to expect? Traditional tech and fit questions? Or anything out of the ordinary?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Mine was mostly fit (but for FL)-- why Raymond James, why IBD, walk me through your resume, etc.

I'm flying in for a second round coming up on the 8th, and I've already been notified that they have some logic/personality/intelligence testing that takes a couple of hours (standard procedure, they say).

It was really just a casual conversation, so as long as you're likable, you should be fine.

It's pretty relax-- and I do not think you got too much competition -- Raymond James- Houston tried to help their Dallas office find students for FT hire too.

It's been going on for several months and I guess they still haven't found people (I'm assuming so because you got an interview.)

So I think Dallas is having a hard time finding students to interview with them.

I have an interview for a Risk Analyst position this week and am wondering what to expect. I have already been through the phone interview and the assessments and will be meeting with the hiring manager.

Thanks!

I had one for an off cycle analyst position a few months back, but it was entirely fit i.e. Why RJ? Why not NYC? Why banking? etc.....
