Some quick pointers:

-List a GPA. Maybe it's blacked out, but I can't see it. If it's high, you'll want it to stand out. People do this by putting it on the right side, bolding it, etc. If you don't put a GPA on there, I'll assume it's really low. You've only been out of school for about a year, so your GPA still matters a lot (along with what you have done at your job, prestige of job, etc.)

-Take off relevant coursework. You listed a business major, so I can safely say you have taken accounting classes. A lot of firms will ask for your transcripts if they want to verify your GPA/coursework.

-Use the extra room to build up your extra-curriculars or further develop work experience. Maybe others will disagree, but I don't think you are too far removed from college to list significant contributions you made to your campus or other interesting experiences you had. If nothing comes to mind, I'd rather see something that you did that makes you a logical candidate for the job (not just that you took a class and learned about M&A in an academic standing). Besides, I don't even have the GPA to decide whether or not you did well in these classes. Dean's list suggests you have a good GPA, but throwing a ~3.8 down there would make a bigger impact in my opinion.

Also, we can be more helpful if you tell us what type of job you are looking for with what type of company. You'll want to tailor your resume to that job/company. A little background information would make this a lot easier.
