Does anyone know anything about secondary directs? from what i gathered from my first round, they buy companies direct from other PE firms and it was very modeling/company specific questions in the first round.
Just wondering what comp/lifestyle/hours/exit ops are for secondary directs, firms like w capital, verdane, richmond park partners, etc.
