Selection Process After Super-Day
I'm guessing each interviewer submits his/her results to HR. However, does the applicant only get hired if all the interviewers want him/her or can the applicant be hired if only a few interviewers want him/her. This is for SA.
each interviewer fills out an evaluation for each candidate, grading them on a few different categories. The grades are tabulated and each candidate gets a numerical score (often out of 16 or 24).
Each interviewer basically has equal say in you getting hired, that's why it's important to be consistent across your interviews. My educated guess is that when there are ties on the margins, the more senior interviewer has the say, but I don't know this for sure.
I have no idea if this is true or not, but I would assume this isn't the same at every bank, right? I believe I've heard that at some places the interviewers get together and actually talk about the candidates...
Are scores from first round included as well?
