Senior Manager Vs Vice president at Morgan Stanley

Guys,

I have been called for an interview at Morgan stanley for a VP position but was told by the consultant that i will be interviewed by a Senior manager and he also said Senior manager is one level below VP, is this true?

What i heard is Associate > Sr. Associate> VP>ED>MD where does this Senior manger fit it.

Anyone from MS can shed some light please.

Thanks

Bobby
