Should I change my flights?

So here's the situation: I am moving to Canada from the UK to ski for 5 months, I got an interview at my ideal BB which clashed with my first flight times so I moved my flights (to put in perspective I'm a non-target student), and I got through to the final round. However HR are fucking useless and haven't given me a date for the AC yet (I fly on wednesday) and it's looking like its going to be after my flights, again.

So my question is would you/should I reschedule my flights again? I do have another offer but in corp fin. but the compensation is no where near BB pay, and also factor in costs of changing flights/missed skiing.

Many thanks for any advice.

Move the flights but only after you explain the situation totally and completely to HR via email

cheers for your input

they know the situation, he said they'd try to get the assessment centre in before that date but he couldn't promise anything. and this HR department are an absolute shambles.

i may even be so cheeky as to ask what sort of numbers they're hiring etc...as if i'm going for 1 open slot against 12 other candidates however much i back myself those aren't great odds.

You'll regret it if you don't even interview over something as trivial as a flight long term. Just do what you can. Its better to give it a shot then blow if off and wonder what could have happened
