I've noticed that pretty much every headhunter wants staffer info in their initial profiles / datasheets. What kinds of things are they asking when they reach out, and do staffers treat it as kind of a perfunctory "yeah, candidate X is worthy" thing or do some meaningfully alter (for good or bad) the kinds of looks a candidate will get with their feedback?
