Stock Broker trick

Hi I am just curious, how can a stock broker get leads? what are some pitch and tricks to get prospectus interested in doing business? and what group of people would be less sensitive and more open to such pitches. What group of people dont generally get these calls alot, and thus make them less likely to reject ur pitch immediately?

All professional answers are welcomed, thanks alot.

NabooruJust remember: there is no such thing as a no sale call. A sale is made on every call you make. Either you sell the client some stock or he sells you a reason he can't. Either way a sale is made, the only question is who is gonna close? You or him?

Don't pitch the bitch.

There are no shortcuts. Provide good service and your clients will recommend you to their friends and contacts. It takes time to build a reputation.

Yeah, it just takes time. I know an older dude that had 1,000 clients before hiring some help, and he was pulling in $1MM each year.
