Study help
I have an exam coming up for financial maths and it is to do with portfolio theory, bonds, dcf, itos calculus, options and black scholes. I am really really struggling with this and I think in the current state I will not get above 60%. I feel like I know the stuff but can not apply it. I have 4 days till the exam.
I was wondering, do any of you have any good resources that you would recommend using to learn the stuff?
Any tips?
4 days? Holy shit, I've never started studying for anything that far out.
Just show up at the library with a bottle of Jack, coffee, and adderall at 6pm the night before the exam, find a table with people from your class, and don't leave til exam time.
Godspeed.
In other news, snowmobiling is an X-Games sport? Whooooaaaa?
...Maybe you should've taken some challenging classes then.
alternative answer: Why? You're just buying a fucking degree. Easy = efficient. Learn useful shit on your own time. It's way more fun when you're not being graded and timed.
Cram the formulas and then start practicing.
When asked to calculate some asset's value, consider just writing this for your answer: "Market price; EMH assures that the market price is correct, therefore rendering an approximation using numerical calculus is unnecessary."
Professors love that.
