tax return UK?

He everybody,

I had a question about tax returns. Just received my signing bonus and it was taxed 30%! I don't mind to pay taxes ( as I'm a liberal socialist guy from Amsterdam and we have personal income taxes up to 52%) but I heard that you can get this tax back because I don't live in the UK yet and do not enjoy all the nice things that you receive when you live in the UK. Anybody have a idea on this? Thanks

I start in July and the bonus was 3000K (not yet taxed) now and 1000K relocation (not sure when I will receive that) which will probably also be taxed same as signing. How does it work btw with your uni debt, can you deduct the monthly payments of your salary and then it's taxed?
