Team project: 10 US stocks to pick HELP PLZ

Hey guys,

My team and I gotta pick 10 US stocks by midnight tommorow, a portfolio that we are not allowed to change for 2 weeks!

Please any advice on what to pick in order to lose the least money on the screwd market for us, true wannabes?

We thought about big stocks:

‎- Mastercard - Apple - Amazon - Coca-Cola - McDonalds - Philipp Morris

With the 3 ups kinda decorrelated with the 3 others.. Anyway we don't do any time series or so, it is just about "flair" (so dumb)..

Any contribution?

Thank you so much!!

I didn't really understand any of this post except that you want us to recommend stocks.

Apple is solid but if you are looking to make the most money then those probably aren't the best stocks as they are safe stocks.

I would also recommend amazon (AMZN) and Noble Energy (NBL) for growth potential.

I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.

I will just say it now before everyone else does. Do your own homework.

The answer to your question is 1) network 2) get involved 3) beef up your resume 4) repeat -happypantsmcgee WSO is not your personal search function.

How long do you have to have this portfolio for? And would you consider shorting the entire market to time for the potential for the default of Greece as soon as November 1?
