Undergrad UIUC vs. University of Minnesota

Bear with me here since I am new to wall street oasis, but I need help in choosing which school to go to for undergraduate studies.

I am considering between University of Minnesota and University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I got directly into University of Minnesota's Business school but I am Undecided at UIUC. Also for Minnesota I would be taking around 30k in loans while at UIUC I would be taking around 18k.

I was also wondering if University of Iowa's Tippie College of Business should be taken into consideration where I would get a full ride or close to a full ride.

Also any help with majors would be greatly appreciated too, I was thinking about a double major between finance, accounting, or economics.

Is Iowa really that bad? I looked them up and they don't seem to be ranked that bad unless those rankings are wrong.

Also I didn't get straight into UIUC's business school, is getting in after freshman year going to be hard?

Thanks for the help!
