Hey guys any thoughts on Valence Group? Culture / hours / deal flow etc.?
It is the world's largest dedicated chemicals M&A boutique. It looks like a reputable firm with strong deal flow and an excellent track record but it also looks like the kind of place where juniors would get crushed. Any thoughts welcome, especially from anyone who knows someone who works there / used to work there.
