Website for facts on a deal?

Hi guys,

I'm working on a school project for Corp Fin. There is this European consumer deal done by GS this year that I wanna look into. I'm interested in what multiples they used. Does anyone know a website that publishes this kind of information?

Thanks!

Ask the company's IR team

Ask the company's IR team for a prospectus. I did the same thing for project in my corp-fin class. The bankers had to prepare something for the shareholders (assuming public target) for disclosure. Generally, an overview of the valuation methodology is included and provides some insight into the adjustments made.

Thanks for the inputs, I

Thanks for the inputs, I asked them for a prospectus and it only listed the purchase price, that's it, no multiples at all. Are there any other ways?
