What's the earning potential of BO in BB?
For both Ops and Tech (Tech as in developer, quant analyst supporting trading desk, not IT) say if I stay in the bank for those long term say

what would be the all-in comp that you are looking at..what kind of position are you looking at?

I can tell you that the base progresses the same as it does for front office people. The bonuses are much less, but I don't know how much less.
