Where to find Comparable Transactions

Hi,

Can someone please direct me to a website where I can gather information about Transactions that have happened within the last 12 months? This is for a comp I am running on a Quick service Food company.

loanconnector was always good for screening deals - if your firm has it, and if the deal involved secured debt

I found Thomson kind of

I found Thomson kind of cumbersome compared to other services for niche industries. CIQ is good if you know some competitors, and Mergerstat is pretty good for searching if you have access.
