Work expierence for MBAs
What exactly do the MBA schools mean by work experience?
Can business related interns/part time jobs count during your undergraduate studies as work experience?
So if I intern every summer of my college career would that count as a years worth of work experience?

If you're talking about the blank on the application where it says "number of years of work experience" generally the clock starts running after graduation, so internships wouldn't count.
Usually they're pretty explicit about how it's defined - read the fine print, or just call admissions and ask. It might be different for some schools.
2-3 years should suffice if
2-3 years should suffice if you're in IB or MC. Otherwise, schools are looking for more like 4-5+ years work experience.
