What's inherently sexist about discussing the attractiveness of women in banking? Is it sexist for women to discuss how attractive guys in the marines are? I don't get it; plsae enlighten me.

it's that a lot of banker dudes tend to be pretty ugly and nerdy but they like to go on and on about how ugly the girls are in banking...make you should take a look at yourself zala!! you're probably not that hot.

50% bonus = nerdy 100% bonus = athletic and normal looking >200% bonus = HOT

or the other comparative analysis chicks go through is looking at your apartment or the car as on display.
