A applaud your painting ability, but what ????

"Greed, in all of its forms; greed for life, for money, for love, for knowledge has marked the upward surge of mankind. And greed, you mark my words, will not only save Teldar Paper, but that other malfunctioning corporation called the USA."

The associate is leaving work and leaving the analyst in charge of doing all the work. The analyst says it is not a problem but in his head follows up with for you to choke on those bananas, is it? Meaning it is not a problem for you to choke on those bananas. Meaning fuck you douche.

This works because they are both monkey's and the analyst is holding bananas.

You're born, you take shit. You get out in the world, you take more shit. You climb a little higher, you take less shit. Till one day you're up in the rarefied atmosphere and you've forgotten what shit even looks like. Welcome to the layer cake, son.

Actually, in my interpretation of it, the associate is holding the bananas. And the analyst would wish that the associate chokes on his/her bananas. Because you're right, the analyst's full message is "fuck you douche".

Also, notice how the analyst is faking a smile. And that he only says "not a problem". In the associate's eyes, the analyst is being super nice; the analyst's malicious intentions are unbeknownst to him.

Ya, that's pretty much what I was saying.

You have spent so much time in excel that you forgot the paint fill-in button. (Instead of spray painting everything lol)

zeropowerNice! But what got me confused in the beginning is how i read the analyst's thought first, as opposed to the Ass ociates.
Here, the associate would have probably said "Could you please put my quote to the left and then put your answer to the right of it with the bubble after. Oh, and use the fill in instead of spraying everything. Thanks."

The overall composition or design of the painting is what guides the viewer's eye. Have you ever looked at a painting or photograph and felt it was off balance? One of the big differences between amateur snapshots and a professional piece such as this is the quality of the composition. In an amateur photo, perhaps all the action is centered on the left, with nothing but empty space on the right. The lopsidedness gives you a sense of unease. (Of course an artist may use this unease deliberately as well.) However in this, a perfect equilibrium is attained and we can truly appreciate the Analyst in terms of his position in the obvious hierarchy presented to us.
