PWM Summer Analyst

The initial phone interview was with a very friendly individual who made a point to laugh at my jokes and make some of his own. My process was somewhat unconventional due to an employee referral but consisted of several phone interviews and meetings with individuals which resulted in a final offer to join after being put on the wait-list. Overall, the interview process was designed well with several questions that I hadn't heard before but not at all overly stressful. It seemed like they wanted an individual with demonstrated intelligence and had a real reason for wanting to be in PWM (which is the reason I was dinged, as I really was a freshman (non-traditional major) trying to redirect to IB). The offices are very nice and the culture is very rewarding because it is not a stressful environment like IB. The internship itself consisted of much less heavy duty work as desired, but was expected for PWM.
