1. Fill in the online application form for this position, and indicate the team that you want to join; if possible, put a referee's name;

2. If you are selected, you will receive an email asking you to complete an online test, consisting of verbal and numerical tests, causing you around 20 mins each; make sure you tried a few times using mock tests before you take the real tests;

3. If you pass the online tests, HR will call you for a phone interview, basically a resume screening; be familiar to your resume and prepare stories for your past experiences;

4. If you are shortlisted, you will be scheduled for 1-to-1 interview with senior AVP/associate in the team that wants you. Both behavior and technical questions will be asked; be honest and don't make up answers if you are not sure. Indicate your strong interest and learning skills; please be specific when you are asked "why choose us" and avoid generic responses;

5. The final round is so called Super day with senior managers and peer candidates; there would be panel interviews, group discussion and presentations. Go and research, practice, and have a good sleep the day before.
