I first got a call from an HR, then interview personally at the offices.
Offices are in the heart of the City of London, and look beautiful with an overall great organisation.
Interviewer (actually two managers) were really nice and the general culture seemed interesting.
First few fit and personal questions, then moved to technical parts and few brainteasers.
I got back with an offer just two hours later.
I was very happy to answer their questions and they gave me the needed time to elaborate a good reply.
I think the hardest question was about explaining volatility smile and going in details for linearity/non linearity, but they helped me allowing to use examples and papers to sketch payoffs of options/derivatives on paper
Personal questions and brainteasers were fine, just plain vanilla questions common in interviews

Was asked some questions on why I study my degree, How I liked my current course and how it can help Commerzbank.

In general, I had not prepared whatsoever, so found each question a challenge.
