Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Two associates from Beijing called to interview. Very detail-oriented in resume. I guess the interviewer is selected to have relative experience according to your resume. Keep asking why I like i-banking for about 10 minutes. So you have to better prepare this part. Some technical questions.
