The on-campus recruiting process for Goldman Sachs is extremely formal and structured. The first-round interview was conducted on-campus and was consisted of a 30-minute interview with a Managing Director and an Associate (both alums). The Superday was held a week later and it consisted of three 30-minute interviews with several Associates, VPs, and MDs.
