Please describe the interview / hiring process.
HR reached out via email to set up a phone screen. Initial call was very basic and covered resume. A few weeks later, next step was to meet with sr analyst and managing director. Both were nice but I wasn't impressed with the sr analyst and could have never worked there. Managing director was much better to talk to and new his stuff. Ultimately, it was not a good fit and they never gave me much feedback other than they were not going to proceed.
