Summer analyst

The company regularly do campus recruiting on October each year, with the country head always attending. I suggest networking with the country head if you are applying for S&T and networking with the division head if you are applying for ER. Applications are made online via GSweb and screened initially by the HK team. The actual interview includes 2 rounds of phone interviews and 1 round of 1-on-1 interview with the division head and the head of HCM. The first 2 rounds consists of mainly accounting questions and the textbook interview questions (e.g. what is minority interest, how would you forecast the revenue of a company). The last round consists of mainly "fit" questions (e.g. why "research"? What do you expect to be doing?). The whole interview process ending in less than 2 months so make sure you took the time beforehand to prepare.
