What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had an on campus info session and reached out to some of their analysts for informational calls. Received an interview a week after applying on their website. Interview was a 2 v. 1 interview with an associate and VP. Mostly behavioral with some light technical questions centered around my previous banking experience and deals I had worked on. Interviewers were also very nice and friendly, nothing to be intimidated by.
