Veteran's Integration Program

Began with a resume drop online. That was followed with an email that I was selected for a phone interview to be conducted within the week. The phone interview was strictly informational, nothing technical. As part of a veteran's program, they were more concerned with what my background was, did it include any experience in financial industries, and what my interests and goals were, and whether or not I would be a fit for the program. A few days later I was informed that I would have 3 rounds of interviews in SLC. All were strictly fit once again. Nothing technical, seemed like they were more interested in making sure I was a candidate that could really benefit from the program, and that my diverse perspective could offer insight to team members I might be grouped with. Overall, very pleasant experience.
