Please describe the interview / hiring process.
On campus recruiting for operations role. Submitted resume through school career center. Was selected for first round interview, school provided time and location which was in the school itself. First round consisted of one interview with a VP from operations. Basic questions about what the company did and what the division does. 2 round was communicated via email and was located in one of the offices in Manhattan. was consisted of 2 interview with 2 other officers from operations. Basic financial questions were asked on both interviews as well as general question designed to gauge personality, traits. Final part of the 2nd round consisted of some puzzle test that was worked with the other candidates designed to see how well we could communicate and remember what we just saw.
