Operations Analyst

Attending a non-target. Applied through school business club; ALPFA. Received an email to confirm a 30 minute phone interview. Phone interview was with an Director in Operations, interview was very behavioral based; tell me about yourself, tell me about a time you worked in a group and things did not turn out well, tell me about a time you worked in a group and things did turn out well. Additionally, asked if I had any questions for him.

A few days after phone interview was invited for a SuperDay at their NYC office on 5th Avenue (not Broadway) however you will be working out of Broadway office. SuperDay consisted of a an hour of casual conversation with other candidates and firm Analyst. There is also an hour group activity (4 ppl per group) you will be building a prop using LEGO blocks. Lastly, there is two back to back 30 minute behavioral interviews one VP, one Manager the questions are the same as the ones for the initial phone interview.
