Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I sent the recruiter my resume when I saw the job posting on my university's career site. There was a phone screening that was about 20-30 minutes. The recruiter asked about my background, previous internships, and what attracted me to the firm. I didn't appreciate that they took a while to get back to me after I sent follow up emails a couple of times after the interview.
