Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Come for a non-target, so I networked my way to get a first round phone interview. Had about 4 referrals with my name in the system. 1st round was over the phone with 2 associates - calm interview. Started off with technical, and later moved on to a casual "conversation" (you should know what I mean if you have networked right). Had a total of 2 rounds. 2nd round was final round with senior bankers.
