How tough is it to transition from Tech consulting to HR consulting?
I was wondering how difficult it would be to make a career change from tech consulting to HR consulting (primarily on the Human Capital side) assuming one has been working in Tech for roughly 2-3 years.
What avenues does one take to make such a transition? Is an MBA required?
make friends with programmers, especially those that are in demand, and someone will hire you for your rolodex (iContacts whatever)
