most useful experience
So I am a 2nd year undergrad student, I have 3 current summer ops and i was wondering which was the best one to follow through with in terms of resume building for consulting.
1) boutique IB
2)Medium size oil company finance
3)Assisstant/HR job at IBM
As a former IBM Intern , I'd say probably options 1 or 2. I was in the business side of Product Mgmt, but generally speaking it didn't seem like the interns that weren't in IT did all that much..
If you want to do O&G banking some day...take number 2. Number 1 can't hurt as long as its a SA position.
