Do MM fixed income pods operate similarly to Equity pods?
Hi, can someone who works in a fixed income MM pod opine on the differences btw a fixed income pod vs an equity pod? It seems like equity pods spend a lot of time on calling quarters but not sure if that would work as well with corp fixed income securities. I am sure there is a HUGE difference between pods/PMs but any insight would be greatly appreciated.
