Heard AKO had a horrible year last year. You have any idea what comp is like there? Hypothetically they should be SM style and lean but European based players tend to just pay like shit

 

No analyst in AKO gets Bloomberg. Performance last year was poor so will be below HWM. Pay massively below market and will try sell it as a ‘training’. Very poor culture.

 

Australia has HFs? Can you name a few so I can look them up. 

 

Guy who founded it rode the ‘quality’ wave and runs the Norway sovereign fund now. Heard culture is ok and not bad. No real insight to comp but doesn’t sound that great. The people they hire seem to come from all random backgrounds instead of classic IB.
